基于IPTV的党员干部现代远程教育平台设计与应用——以海南省电信模式为例

摘　　要：海南自开展党员干部现代远程教育工作以来,积累了较为丰富的经验。文章介绍了海南党员干部现代远程教育项目的开展情况,包括该项目的平台栏目与课件内容、视频课件资源库、站点建设等情况,对党员干部现代远程教育的两种站点建设模式——卫星模式和电信模式进行了分析比较,提出海南党员干部现代远程教育整合一二级平台的解决方案,重点讨论了该平台的功能设计与实现,涉及系统管理、分组管理、内容管理、报表管理等模块的详细功能和具体应用,可在党员干部现代远程教育方面为相关人员提供借鉴参考。Hainan has accumulated rich experience in modern distance education for party members and cadres since its inception.This paper introduces the development of the modern distance education project for party members and cadres in Hainan,including the platform columns and courseware content,video courseware resource library,site construction,etc.It analyzes and compares two site construction modes for modern distance education for party members and cadres,satellite mode and telecom mode,and proposes a solution for integrating thefirst and second level platforms of modern distance education for party members and cadres in Hainan,the focus is on discussing the functional design and implementation of the platform,involving detailed functions and specific applications of modules such as system management,group management,content management,and report management,which can provide reference for relevant personnel in modern distance education of party members and cadres.
