摘  要:针对传统电缆互联模块集成度低、装配复杂、通道一致性难以保证等问题,文章提出了一种无缆化射频模块的结构设计方案,并针对内部表贴射频连接器与射频母板之间的高频过渡匹配结构进行了研究优化。文章所优化出的高频过渡匹配结构在0.5~40GHz宽带范围传输驻波均低于20dB,提出的无缆化模块内部采用盲插互联,整体结构紧凑、装配简洁。模块内通过不同功能SiP组合即可实现不同功能需求,整体结构复用性强,功能派生方便。Aiming at the problems of low integration,complex assembly and poor channel consistency of traditional cable interconnection module,a structural design scheme of cable-free RF module is proposed in this paper,and the highfrequency transition matching structure between RF meter sticker connector and RF mother board is studied and optimized.The high-frequency transition matching structure optimized in this paper transmits standing waves less than 20 dB in the broadband range of 0.5~40 GHz.The proposed internal cable-free module adopts blind interconnecting,and the overall structure is compact and the assembly is simple.The different functional requirements can be realized through the combination of different functions of SiP in the module,and the overall structure has strong reuse and convenient function derivation.
