研发要素空间极化—涓滴效应对区域创新绩效的影响研究——基于超效率SBM和修正劳瑞引力模型测度的空间计量分析

摘  要:基于安徽省16个地级市2012-2021年面板数据,运用修正劳瑞引力模型和超效率SBM模型分别测度各地级市研发要素流动量和创新绩效,并利用LM、Hausman等计量检验确定区域研发要素的空间极化效应、空间涓滴效应分别对创新绩效影响的空间计量模型。结果显示:安徽省各地级市区域创新绩效差距较大,区域发展极不均衡。创新研发资本的极化效应形成了区域间创新绩效提升的良性互动、合作共赢,而研发人员的极化效应仅仅是数量上的简单累积,并没有切实起到提质增效的作用。另外,本地区创新研发资本和周围地区创新人员的涓滴效应均促进了区域创新绩效的提升。This article is based on panel data from 16 prefecture level cities in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2021.The modified Laurie gravity model and super efficiency SBM model are used to measure the flow of R&D factors and innovation performance in each prefecture level city,and LM,Hausman,and other econometric tests are used to determine the spatial polarization effect and spatial trickle-down effect of regional R&D factors on innovation performance.The results show that there is a significant gap in regional innovation performance among various cities in Anhui Province,and regional development is extremely uneven.The polarization effect of innovative R&D capital has formed a positive interaction and win-win cooperation for improving innovation performance among regions,while the polarization effect of R&D personnel is only a simple accumulation in quantity and does not effectively improve quality and efficiency.In addition,the trickle-down effect of innovation and R&D capital in the local area and innovation personnel in surrounding areas has promoted the improvement of regional innovation performance.
