复合酸治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在探索采用复合酸治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎,并观察其临床疗效。方法 招募头皮脂溢性皮炎患者90名,随机分为三组:复合酸外用治疗组,复合酸精华外用治疗组,药物外用治疗组,分别在第7天、14天、21天、28天随访患者。本研究采用黏着性鳞屑十级评分(ASFS评分)评价头皮鳞屑情况;采用峰值瘙痒数字评定表(NRS评分)评价患者头皮瘙痒程度;同时收集患者主观症状评价及进行毛发镜检测。结果 病人在复合酸外用治疗后,ASFS评分降低,NRS评分降低,头皮鳞屑明显减少,头皮油腻、瘙痒程度均显著减轻,复合酸治疗组疗效优于药物治疗组及复合酸精华治疗组。结论 复合酸治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎有良好疗效,可以显著减轻患者头皮红斑、瘙痒和鳞屑。尤其在改善患者头皮瘙痒程度方面,复合酸头皮治疗比传统药物治疗及复合酸精华外用治疗显示出更大优势。Objective To explore the use of complex acid chemical peels for the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis and observe their clinical effifficacy.Methods A total of 90 patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis were enrolled and randomly divided into three groups:a compound acid chemical peel treatment group,a complex acid essence topical treatment group,and a topical drug treatment group.Follow-up on day 7,14,21 and 28,respectively.In this study,the Grade 10 Grade Score(ASFS Score)for adhesive dandruffff was used to evaluate scalp scaling.The peak pruritus numerical rating scale(NRS score)was used to evaluate the degree of scalp pruritus.At the same time,the patient's subjective symptom evaluation was collected,and a trichoscopy was performed.Results In patients after complex acid chemical peel treatment,the ASFS score was reduced,the NRS score was reduced,dandruffff was signifificantly reduced,the degree of scalp oiliness and itching was signifificantly reduced,and the effifficacy of the compound acid chemical peel treatment group was better than that of the drug treatment group and the complex acid essence treatment group.Conclusion Complex acid chemical peels have a good effffect in the treatment of scalp seborrheic dermatitis,which can signifificantly reduce scalp erythema,itching,and dandruffff in patients.Especially in improving the degree of scalp itching in patients,complex acid chemical peel treatment has shown greater advantages than traditional drug treatment and topical treatment of complex acid essence.
