摘　　要：目的:通过分析2018-2021年某市卫生行政处罚案件的整体情况,总结经验,以期为制定卫生健康相关政策和法治政府建设提供依据。方法:对某市近4年来卫生行政处罚案件的处罚程序、处罚种类、案件来源、处罚类别、适用法律、违法事实等进行综合分析。结果:某市卫生行政处罚案件数量在高位上保持,呈现出违法事实相对集中,行政处罚种类相对单一,各区行政处罚力度不均衡等特点。结论:积极应对镇街职能转变,加强对新法律法规的学习和应用,针对性开展普法宣传教育,营造全社会自觉遵法守法的良好法治氛围。Objective:By analyzing the overall situation of health administrative punishment cases in a city from 2018 to 2021,to summarize experience,in order to provide basis for the formulation of health-related policies and the construction of a government ruled by law.Methods:A comprehensive analysis was made on the punishment procedures,types,sources,categories,quoted laws and llegal facts of health administrative punishment cases in the city in the past four years.Results:The number of health administrative punishment cases in the city remained at a high level,showing the characteristics of relatively concentrated illegal facts,relatively single types of adminis-trative punishment,and uneven administrative punishment in various districts.Conclusion:We should actively re-spond to the transformation of town and street functions,strengthen the study and application of new laws and regu-lations,carry out targeted publicity and education on law popularization,and create a good legal atmosphere in which the whole society consciously abides by the law.
