摘　　要：北京的食品企业标准备案管理工作,始终遵循精简效能、权责一致、科学设置等原则,在进一步持续简政放权,强化管理,优化服务等方面下功夫,打造“互联网+政务服务”的管理模式。为“加速”企标备案,简化备案程序,减轻企业负担,提高备案效率,形成了具有北京特色的食品企业标准备案管理工作机制。The management of food enterprise standard filing in Beijing has always followed the principles of streamlining efficiency,consistent powers and responsibilities,and scientific settings.It has continued to streamline administration and delegate powers,strengthen management,and optimize services to create a"Internet+govern-ment service"management model.Beijing has formed a food enterprise filing management mechanism with its char-acteristics,such as"accelerating"the process of filing,simplifying the filing procedures,reducing the burden on en-terprises,improvingfilingefficiency,
