摘　　要：肾脏位于腹膜后,髂腰肌处,由肾脂肪囊包被,较少发生损伤。在发生腹部损伤后,可通过影像学检查如彩超、CT等明确是否存在肾脏损伤,如存在肾脏损伤后,应及时进行救治。本案例通过尸体解剖后明确死亡原因,并对患者入院后医方诊疗过程中存在的过错及不足进行分析,规避今后再次出现类似问题,为解决同类问题提供了依据及参考。The kidney is located in the retroperitoneum,iliopsoas muscle,and is surrounded by renal fat cap-sule,with less injury.After the occurrence of abdominal injury,the presence of kidney injury can be determined through imaging examinations such as color Doppler ultrasound and CT.If kidney injury exists,it should be treated in time.In this case,the cause of death was determined after autopsy,and the faults and deficiencies in the diagno-sis and treatment of the patient after admission were analyzed to avoid similar problems in the future,and provide a basis and reference for solving similar problems.
