摘  要:为推广HRB600高强钢筋的应用,对12根配置HRB600钢筋的混凝土偏压柱进行单调加载试验,分析试件的裂缝发展规律及破坏形态,研究配筋率和偏心距对试件裂缝间距及裂缝宽度的影响,并对试验结果进行计算,分析《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010-2010)中规定的裂缝宽度计算公式对于配置HRB600钢筋混凝土偏压构件的适用性,同时对中美欧规范关于混凝土结构裂缝的控制方法进行对比研究。结果表明:HRB600钢筋混凝土偏压柱裂缝发展特点和破坏形式与普通钢筋混凝土偏压柱相似;增大纵筋配筋率可以减小裂缝宽度和裂缝间距,使裂缝变得细密,增大构件偏心距会显著增加裂缝宽度;建议将钢筋混凝土受压试件裂缝宽度计算公式中的受力特征系数由1.9折减为1.7,修正后的裂缝宽度计算公式可以用于计算HRB600钢筋混凝土偏压构件;欧洲规范和美国规范基本满足裂缝控制要求,但我国相对欧美国家裂缝控制较为严格。To promote the application of HRB600 rebar,monotonous loading test of 12 concrete eccentric columns with HRB600 reinforcement are carried out.The crack development process and failure mode of the specimen are analyzed,the influence of reinforcement ratio and eccentricity on the crack spacing and width of the specimen are studied.In order to investigate the applicability of the calculation formula of crack width in current Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB50010-2010)to HRB600 reinforced concrete biased members,the crack spacing and crack width of specimen are calculated.In addition,the control methods of concrete structure cracks in Chinese,American and European codes are compared and studied.The results show that the crack development characteristics and failure modes of HRB600 reinforced concrete biased columns are similar to those of ordinary reinforced concrete biased columns.Increasing the ratio of longitudinal reinforcement can reduce the width and spacing of cracks and make crack become fine.Increasing the eccentricity of members will increase the crack width significantly.It is suggested to reduce the stress characteristic coefficient in the calculation formula of crack width of reinforced concrete specimens from 1.9 to 1.7,and the modified formula can be used to calculate the bias HRB600 reinforced concrete members.European and American codes basically meet the requirements of crack control,but China’s crack control is more strict than those of European and American countries.
