摘  要:型钢混凝土梁柱为满足防火要求,其混凝土保护层往往较厚,导致截面及自重较大,不利于运输及吊装。本文提出一种新型防火板混凝土复合包裹形式,可以有效减少型钢的保护层厚度,加工15个试件并利用耐火试验炉,按照ISO834对试件进行升温试验研究,研究防火板厚度、防火板种类、混凝土厚度、自攻钉间距等参数对试件防火性能的影响,获得了试件的温度时间曲线、隔热性能指标等。利用ABAQUS软件对试件开展有限元分析,得到了防火板和混凝土不同厚度组合情况下的隔热性能。在有限元模拟过程中,考虑混凝土内水的潜热,提出了混凝土比热容的修正方法,获得了较好的模拟结果。在试验和有限元的基础上,给出了该复合包裹形式混凝土及防火板的不同厚度组合下的隔热性能,为其在实际工程中的应用提供参考。The concrete cover of steel reinforced concrete members is often thick to meet the fire protection requirements,which will make its section and self weight large and is not conducive for transportation and hoisting.In this paper,a new form of composite wrapping of fireproof board and concrete is proposed,which can effectively reduce the concrete cover thickness.15 specimens are fabricated and tested in a structural fire resistance test furnace according to the ISO834 standard temperature rise curve.The influence of parameters such as the thickness of fireproof board,the type of fireproof board,the thickness of concrete,and the spacing of self tapping screws on the thermal insulation performance of the specimen is studied.The temperature time curve and thermal insulation performance index of the specimen are obtained.By using ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis of the specimen is carried out,and the thermal insulation performance of the fireproof board and concrete with different thickness combinations is obtained.In the finite element simulation analysis,the modification method of specific heat of concrete is provided to consider the latent heat of water in concrete,and good simulation results are obtained.On the basis of test and finite element analysis,the thermal insulation performance of the wrapped concrete and fireproof board with different thickness combinations is given,which provides a reference for its application in practical projects.
