摘  要:当抗浮水位较高且水浮力大于建筑物结构自重与压重之和时,为避免建筑物因上浮而产生破损,通常需要对结构进行抗浮设计。锚杆法是最常用的方法之一,本文依据现有规程、规范设计计算理论并结合工程实践,归纳了承压型囊式扩体锚杆新技术用于结构抗浮锚固设计的计算方法,并提出了承压型囊式扩体锚杆在抗浮工程中的锚固设计计算流程和满足辅助建筑物上浮变形与主楼高层建筑物基础沉降之间相互协调的控制方法,可为工程技术人员提供参考。When the water buoyancy is greater than the sum of the self⁃weight and the weight of the building,in order to prevent the building from being damaged due to floating,the passive anti⁃floating design is usually adopted.Anchor bolt method is one of the most commonly used anti floating design methods.Based on the existing regulations,standard design calculation theory and engineering practice,the design and calculation method of the pressure⁃bearing bladder⁃type expanded body anchor used for the anchoring of anti⁃floating structures are briefly described.The calculation flow of anchorage design of bladder⁃type expanded anchor rod in anti⁃floating engineering is proposed.A control method that satisfies the coordination between the floating deformation of the auxiliary buildings and the foundation settlement of the main high⁃rise buildings is proposed.This can provide reference for engineers and technicians.
