区块链技术赋能下数字藏品的发展隐忧及消解

摘　　要：数字藏品属于数字出版的范畴。分布式账本、非对称加密、智能合约、共识算法等区块链关键技术在数字藏品的资源共建、信息保护、交易促成等方面发挥积极作用,但同时,技术赋能下的数字藏品在开发价值、生产质量、传播范围、藏品安全等方面存在与出版要求相悖的风险。通过选题坚持社会价值至上、内容生产推陈出新、适时适度放宽交易限制、加强与实体产品联动等方式提升数字藏品的传播效果,组建智能预警模型并完善规制,可以消解区块链技术赋能下数字藏品的发展隐忧,并实现数字藏品的价值提升。Digital collections belong to digital publishing.Key blockchain technologies such as distributed ledger,asymmetric encryption,smart contract,and consensus algorithm play a positive role in resource co-construction,information protection,and transaction facilitation of digital collections.However,technology-enabled digital collections also pose risks of non-compliance with publication requirement in terms of development value,production quality,dissemination scope,and collection security.By adhering to the supremacy of social values through topic selection,innovating content production,relaxing trade restrictions in a timely and appropriate manner,strengthening the linkage with physical products,and improving other ways to enhance the communication effect of digital collections,establishing an intelligent early warning model and improving regulations can eliminate the hidden concerns regarding the development of digital collections empowered by regional chain technologies and realize the value enhancement.
