摘　　要：新形势下,阳台蔬菜越来越受城镇居民的欢迎.筛选适宜盆栽菜用甘薯生长的缓释肥,可为盆栽菜用甘薯科学合理施肥提供技术指导.采用盆栽实验方法,以“薯绿一号”为实验材料,以复合肥为对照,设置5种不同缓释肥处理:T1(15-10-12),T2(25-14-12),T3(15-15-15),T4(14-13-13),T5(18-9-9).研究不同缓释肥对菜用甘薯生长发育、产量、品质及酶活性的影响.结果表明:适宜的缓释肥可促进菜用甘薯的生长,提高其产量及品质,提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,降低丙二醛(MAD)质量分数,各个生理指标间的关系密切,用叶绿素仪测定菜用甘薯的叶色值(SPAD)可以预测菜用甘薯的产量及品质.施用T5处理(绿盼缓释肥)的整体效果最优,可推荐在菜用甘薯盆栽种植中广泛使用.Under the new situation,balcony vegetables are becoming more and more popular among urban residents.Screening out the slow-release fertilizer suitable for the growth of potted vegetable sweetpotatocan provide technical guidance for the scientific fertilization and explore the favorablemethods of multiple forms of soilless cultivation.Five different slow-release fertilizer treatments were designed as following:T1(15-10-12),T2(25-14-12),T3(15-15-15),T4(14-13-13)and T5(18-9-9)using the pot experiment method,with“ShuLv 1”as the test material and compound fertilizer as the control.The effects of different slow-release fertilizers on the growth and development,yield,quality and enzyme activity of vegetable sweetpotato were investigated.The results showed that the suitable slow-release fertilizers can promote the growth of vegetable sweetpotato,improve yield and quality,increase SOD and POD activities,and reduce MAD mass fraction,among which the overall effect of T5 treatment with“Lv Pan”slow-release fertilizer was the best,and can be recommended for use in theplanting potted vegetable sweetpotato.
