摘 要:在国家“双碳”目标背景下,节能减碳已在煤炭、化工、电力、冶金等行业掀起热潮。民航业作为高耗能行业,具有极大的节能潜力。本文结合西北地区某机场能源结构分布情况,基于跨临界二氧化碳冷热一体化原理和二氧化碳热泵技术,提出了零碳机场项目的改造方案。通过对该机场现有电力、柴油、天然气等能源结构的分析,发现有效降低取热与制冷能耗是整个零碳机场改造的关键点,跨临界二氧化碳冷热一体化技术可以有效攻破这个关键点。然后,对整个零碳机场改造的技术原理和经济性进行分析,分析结果发现方案改造后该机场二氧化碳排放量可直接减少97.8%。由此可知,跨临界二氧化碳冷热一体化技术在机场的节能减碳方面具有巨大的推广运行潜力。Under the background of the national"dual carbon"goal,energy conservation and carbon reduction have set off a boom in coal,chemical,electric power,metallurgy and other industries.As a high-energyconsuming industry,the civil aviation industry has great potential for energy savings.Based on the distribution of energy structure of an airport in Northwest China,this paper proposes a transformation scheme for a zero-carbon airport project based on the principle of transcritical carbon dioxide cooling and heating integration and carbon dioxide heat pump technology.Through the analysis of the existing energy structure of electricity,diesel,natural gas and other energy structures,it is found that effectively reducing the energy consumption of heating and cooling is the key point of the entire zero-carbon airport transformation,and the transcritical carbon dioxide cooling and heating integration technology can effectively break this key point.Then,the technical principle and economy of the entire zero-carbon airport renovation are analyzed,and the analysis results show that the carbon dioxide emissions of the airport can be directly reduced by 97.8%after the renovation.It can be seen that the transcritical carbon dioxide cooling and heating integration technology has great potential for promotion and operation in the energy saving and carbon reduction of airports.
