摘 要:当前燃煤电厂普遍已达到烟气“超低排放”标准,且由于系统配置余量较大,实际排放值远低于排放限值。颗粒物的脱除一般是低低温干式电除尘、脱硫吸收塔、湿式电除尘的协同作用,且受实际燃料的特性、机组负荷等条件有关,往往排放值远低于限值。配置有湿电的机组,运行中需要消耗水、电、化学药品,在合理控制环保排放的前提下,有较大的节能优化空间。本文主要对湿电经济运行方式进行探讨,为相关节能实践工作提供参考。Present,coal-fired power plants have generally reached the standard of"ultra-low emission"of flue gas,and the actual emission value is much lower than the emission limit due to the large margin of system configuration.Particulate matter removal is generally a combination of low-temperature dry electric percipitator,desulfurization absorber and WESP removal,and collection efficiency is related to the characteristics of actual fuel and unit load,and the emission value is often far below the limit.Units equipped with WESP need to consume water,electricity and chemicals in operation.Under the premise of reasonable control of environmental emissions,there is a large space for energy saving and optimization.This paper mainly discusses the economic operation mode of WESP and provides reference for related energy-saving practice work.
