摘  要:【目的】地铁隧道竣工测量成果将直接影响地铁隧道后期建设工作。研究三维激光扫描仪在地铁隧道竣工测量中的应用流程和数据处理方法,为同类项目提供参考。【方法】以武汉市轨道交通19号线隧道的竣工测量为例,先介绍徕卡P50扫描仪的测量原理和仪器特点,再阐述外业数据采集、点云预处理和点云分析的方法。【结果】对隧道点云数据进行隧道收敛和椭圆度分析、错台分析及渗漏水探测等,并将分析结果与全站仪测量结果进行对比。【结论】三维激光扫描数据与全站仪测量数据的较差大部分集中在1 cm内,二者较差在3 cm内的占比为99.3%。因此,徕卡P50扫描仪的精度能满足隧道监测要求,在竣工未铺轨隧道的竣工测量中的应用效果良好。[Purposes]The completion measurement results of subway tunnels will directly affect the later construction of subway tunnels.The application process and data processing method of 3D laser scanner in subway tunnel completion measurement are studied to provide reference for similar projects.[Meth⁃ods]Taking the completion measurement of the tunnel of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 19 as an example,the measurement principle and instrument characteristics of Leica P50 scanner are introduced firstly,and then the methods of field data acquisition,point cloud preprocessing and point cloud analysis are ex⁃pounded.[Findings]The tunnel convergence and ellipticity analysis,dislocation analysis and water leak⁃age detection were carried out on the tunnel point cloud data,and the analysis results were compared with the total station measurement results.[Conclusions]The difference between the three-dimensional laser scanning data and the total station measurement data is mostly concentrated within 1 cm,and the proportion of the difference between the two within 3 cm is 99.3%.Therefore,the accuracy of Leica P50 scanner can meet the requirements of tunnel monitoring,and the application effect is good in the comple⁃tion measurement of untracked tunnel.
