煤炭漏斗车变速箱的改进和修复

摘　　要：【目的】根据煤炭漏斗车变速箱的组成及结构特点,提出改进建议,解决煤炭漏斗车辆底开门开闭机构变速箱失效致使底门打不开或关不上的故障。【方法】通过拆除风动装置,采用合理的密封和润滑,改进变速箱蜗轮、蜗杆座、蜗杆的结构及尺寸,更换变速箱轴承等方法,保证煤炭漏斗车更好地安全运行。【结果】杜绝了煤炭漏斗车底开门自动打开或关闭的隐患,保证了车辆的安全运行。铁路列车区间运行容易发生煤炭泄漏,造成列车脱轨倾覆等铁路行车事故得到了有效治理。【结论】本文基于煤炭漏斗车变速箱对车辆更好地安全运行所起到的关键作用,对变速箱失效原因进行分析,规范并改进了修复管理,既能达到创造效益的目的,同时又有效地防控了风险,大大提升了铁路行车安全的可靠性。[Purposes]Based on the composition and structural characteristics of the transmission of coal funnel cars,this paper propose improvement suggestions to solve the problem of the failure of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism gearbox of coal funnel cars,which causes the bottom door to not open or close.[Methods]By removing the pneumatic device,using reasonable sealing and lubrication,improving the structure and size of the gearbox worm gear,worm seat,and worm,and replacing the gear⁃box bearings,etc,the safe operation of the vehicle is ensured.[Findings]The hidden danger of auto⁃matic opening or closing of the coal hopper car bottom door was eliminated,which ensures the safe opera⁃tion of the vehicle.Coal leakage is prone to occur during the operation of railway trains in sections,result⁃ing in railway accidents such as derailment and overturning,which have been effectively addressed.[Conclusions]Based on the key role played by the hopper car gearbox in better safe operation of ve⁃hicles,this article analyzes the reasons for gearbox failure,standardizes and improves repair manage⁃ment,which can not only achieve the goal of creating benefits,but also effectively prevent and control risks,greatly improving the reliability of railway operation safety.
