摘  要:孔子“礼”的思想超越了春秋早期“礼”的功能范畴,从单纯的外在制度规范转变为化育内在的道德精神,着力于“约人化心”与促进社会和谐的功用,突显儒家一以贯之教人做人,弘毅济世的主旨思想。将“礼”置于教育管理中,基于以“礼”及“仁”的价值取向,不论是在指导思想上亦或是在实践上都表明教育管理应该具备道德精神及价值追求,突出以“仁”为本的人本主义思想,并向着塑造完备人格的层面发展。在“新时代”优先发展教育背景下,在培养中国特色社会主义建设者和接班人的时代使命召唤下,审视并挖掘以“礼”为用的思想对于现代教育管理实践具有借鉴价值,同时对理论探索具有启示意义。The“rites”concept of Confucius’thought transcending the functional category of the“rites”in the early Spring and Autumn period focused on the function of“navigate the heart and correct the personality”,promoted social harmony,and highlighted the theme of Confucianism to teach people to be a man with perseverance,which had been changed from a simple external institutional regulation to the cultivation of internal moral spirit.The“rites”in educational management with the value orientation of“rites”and“benevolence”,indicates that educational management should have moral spirit and value pursuit both in guiding ideology and in practice,highlighting the thought of humanism benevolence-oriented to go forward with complete personality.Under the background of education priority and the call of the new era to cultivate builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the thought of“rites”should be focused and explored as a certain reference value for modern educational management practice and enlightenment significance for theoretical exploration.
