研究生国际化培养机制与实践——以河南理工大学矿业工程研究生为例

摘　　要：针对矿业工程研究生国际化培养的实践积累,从培养理念、培养平台、培养方法以及考评模式四个方面入手,提出了需求牵引型国际化培养理念、教研合一式国际化培养平台、政用产学研国际化培养方法以及多元目标型国际化考评模式,形成了相互耦合、系统严谨、相辅相成与逻辑清晰的矿业工程研究生国际化培养机制,实践成果为矿业工程研究生国际化培养提供了新思路,对提升矿业工程研究生培养质量具有重要意义。In view of the training practice of the internationalization cultivation for postgraduate in mining engineering,internationalization cultivation mechanism is put forward from the perspectives of the cultivation concept,cultivation platform,cultivation methods and assessment method.This cultivation mechanism contains four aspects of the demand traction type of international cultivation concept,the synthetic teaching and research type of internationalization cultivation platform,the politics,practice,production,university,research type of internationalization cultivation methods,and the multiple target type of international appraisal pattern.And these four aspects are in the state of inter coupling,complementary,logic,and thought.Practice results offer a feasible way for internationalization cultivation of postgraduate in mining engineering and have great significance for the improving the quality of mining engineering graduate education.
