摘  要:针对芳纶褶皱滤袋高滤效和低滤阻的需求,开发了基于对位芳纶(PPTA)、对位芳纶浆粕(AP)和聚苯硫醚(PPS)超细纤维制备的复合纸状滤材,探究了芳纶浆粕纤维质量配比以及克重等因素对滤料的硬挺性、过滤性能、力学性能、透气性能、热性能等的影响。结果表明:PPTA/AP/PPS复合纸状滤材对小尺寸颗粒物表现出优异的过滤性能,PPTA/AP/PPS-613复合纸状滤材对PM2.5过滤效率可达99.99%,过滤阻力仅为85Pa,且复合纸状滤材具有优异的力学性能、化学稳定性和耐热性。所作工作为制造具有高机械性能、耐高温抗腐蚀的高效过滤材料提供了一种新的策略。Aim to address the demand for high filtration efficiency and low filtration resistance of aramid pleated filter bags,a composite paper-like filter material based on the ultrafine fibers of para-aramid(PPTA),para-aramid pulp(AP)and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)this paper is developed.The effects of AP mass ratio and gram weight on the stiffness,filtration performance,mechanical properties,air permeability and thermal properties of the filter media are explored.The results show that the PPTA/AP/PPS composite paper filter media exhibits excellent filtration performance for small-sized particles.The efficiency of the PPTA/AP/PPS-613 composite paper filter media can reach 99.99% for PM2.5,and the filtration resistance was only 85 Pa.The composite paper filter media also has excellent mechanical properties,chemical stability and heat resistance.The work provids a new strategy for manufacturing high-efficiency filter material with high mechanical performance,high-temperature resistance,and corrosion resistance.
