摘  要:创新性地设计制备了具有良好阻燃功能的摩擦纳米发电织物。采用自主研发的阻燃聚酯(FRPET)纤维和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)长丝,交替编织包覆在导电镀银尼龙长丝外侧,得到具有皮芯结构(FRPET&PTFE摩擦起电外层与导电内芯)的复合纱线,从而成功开发出一种具有阻燃功能的导电复合纱线,并进一步通过机织方法制备得到具有优异综合性能的阻燃摩擦纳米发电织物(FR-PET&PTFE TTENG)。FRPET&PTFE TTENG兼具高电输出性能(开路电压26.84 V,短路电流0.32μA,短路电荷8.95 nC)与优异的阻燃抑烟性能(极限氧指数为37%,不熔滴,烟释放速率峰值仅2.42(m^(2)/s)/m^(2),自熄灭后仍保持良好的电输出性能),因此在自供电智能防护服与防火感应领域具有突出的应用潜能。A flame-retardant conductive composite fabric through braiding flame-retardant polyester(FR-PET)fibers and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)fibers outside the silver-plated nylon fiber,and then braid the conductive composite fabric into a triboelectric nanogenerator textile(FR-PET&PTFE TTENG).FR-PET&PTFE TTENG exhibits high electrical output performance(open-circuit voltage of 26.84 V,short-circuit current of 0.32μA,and short-circuit charge of 8.95 nC).In addition,FR-PET&PTFE TTENG show high flame-retardant properties.The limiting oxygen index of FR-PET&PTFE TTENG is as high as 37%,no dripping happens,and the peak smoke release rate is released to 2.42(m2/s)/m2.Therefore,use FR-PET&PTFE TTENG are innovatively prepared as a self-powered sensing textile,which demonstrates great application potential in smart protective clothing and fire alarming fields.
