摘 要:在大健康环境背景下,针对消费者对一次性卫生产品舒适性、干爽性的更高需求,采用雾化整理和选择性光催化的方法在材料表面构造亲水通道,开发定向导水全棉水刺非织造布的工艺技术,探讨亲水通道的间距和孔径对液体定向导水性能的影响,并对比催化前后全棉水刺布性能差异。结果表明:TiO2质量分数为5%,整理时间为15 s,孔间距为1.8 mm、孔径为7 mm,为最佳工艺条件。对比催化前后,催化后材料的液体穿透时间减少了20 s,单向传递指数提高174,液态水动态传递综合指数提升0.102。Under the background of great health environment,aiming at consumers'higher requirements for the comfort and dryness of disposable sanitary products,hydrophilic channels are constructed on the surface of materials by atomization finishing and selective photocatalysis,and the technology of water-oriented all-cotton spunlaced nonwovens is developed.The influence of hydrophilic channel spacing and hole spacing on liquid water-oriented performance is discussed,and the performance differences of all-cotton spunlaced cloth before and after catalysis are compared.The results show that the optimum technological conditions are 5% TiO_(2) mass fraction,15 s finishing time,1.8 mm hole spacing and 7 mm hole diameter.Compared with before and after catalysis,after catalysis,the liquid penetration time of the material decreased by 20 s,the unidirectional transfer index increased by 174,and the comprehensive index of liquid water dynamic transfer increased by 0.102.
