摘　　要：“四个全面”是中国共产党在新时代执政兴国的顶层设计,是推进中华民族伟大复兴的战略规划,其制定和实施对执政党形象的构建具有重要作用。全面建设社会主义现代化国家有机衔接“两个一百年”奋斗目标,是新时代党执政兴国的目标彰显,有利于塑造积极进取、为民惠民的执政党形象;全面深化改革着力解决现代化征程中的诸多矛盾和问题,开辟新的发展空间,是新时代党执政兴国的强大动力,有利于塑造创新求变、开放自信的执政党形象;全面依法治国遵循社会主义建设规律和现实需要,是新时代党执政兴国的法治支撑,有利于塑造重视法治、公平正义的执政党形象;全面从严治党着眼党的自身建设,从严管党治党,是新时代党执政兴国的根本保证,有助于塑造反腐倡廉、风清气正的执政党形象。“Four Comprehensives”is the top-level design of the Communist Party of China for ruling and rejuvenating the country in the new era.It is a strategic plan to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Its formulation and implementation play an important role in the construction of the image of the ruling party.Building a modern socialist country in an all-round way and organically connecting the“Two-centenary Goals”are the highlight of the Party's goal of governing and rejuvenating the country in the new era,which is conducive to shaping the image of the ruling party that is proactive and beneficial to the people.Comprehensively deepening reform,focusing on solving many contradictions and problems in the journey of modernization and opening up new development space are the powerful driving force for the Party to govern and revitalize the country in the new era,and are conducive to shaping the image of the ruling party that is innovative,open and confident.Ruling the country by law in an all-round way,and following the laws and practical needs of socialist construction is the legal support for the Party's ruling and rejuvenating the country in the new era,and is conducive to shaping the image of the ruling party that attaches importance to the rule of law,fairness and justice.Comprehensively administering the Party'strictly,focusing on the Party's own construction and strictly managing the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the Party to govern and revitalize the country in the new era,and helps to shape the image of the ruling party that advocates honesty,fights corruption and has a clean and upright atmosphere.
