摘　　要：借助“一带一路”政策对进出口贸易的巨大促进作用,我国在能源领域的国际合作取得了显著进展,主要表现在能源进口渠道愈加多元化、进口总量整体增加、能源合作协议愈加长效化、能源技术持续输出、能源领域对外投资日益增长等方面。但与此同时,地缘政治和能源国际市场日益激烈的竞争也给我国能源国际合作的高质量发展带来了挑战,此外我国能源合作协议呈现“碎片化”,能源技术的输出往往受制于东道国经济和体制的限制。在这一背景下,我国应统筹规划梳理能源合作协议,在巩固现有渠道的基础上进一步开发新的能源进口路径,帮助能源技术引进国共同开发建设能源产业园区,积极参与国际能源治理、努力融入全球能源安全产业链,以实现高质量国际能源合作。With the great promotion effect of"the Belt and Road"policy on import and export trade,China's international energy cooperation has made remarkable progress,mainly reflected in the more diversified energy import channels,the overall increase of total imports,the energy cooperation agreements more long-term,the continuous output of energy technology,the growing foreign investment in the field of energy and so on.However,at the same time,the increasingly fierce competition in geopolitics and the international energy market has also brought challenges to the high-quality development of China's international energy cooperation.In addition,China's energy cooperation agreements are“fragmented”,and the output of energy technology is often restricted by the host country's economy and system.In this context,China should plan and sort out energy cooperation agreements as a whole,further develop new energy import paths on the basis of consolidating existing channels,and help energy technology importing countries jointly develop and build energy industrial parks.Also,China should actively participate in international energy governance,and strive to integrate into the global energy security industry chain,so as to achieve high-quality international energy cooperation.
