摘　　要：预制场作为港口工程必备临建设施,其配套构件出运码头坐底基础均按单一船型设计,预制场向工厂化转型后出运码头对应船舶可选择范围小,构件出运能力局限性较大。以3500 t沉箱、5000 t沉箱出运为例,按靠泊半潜驳9号、半潜驳11号两种船型进行出运码头坐底基础设计,采用装配式理念,设计可调整坐底基础,从基础设计、施工等方面结合现场应用情况进行了综合评价,表明多用途半潜驳基础满足同一出运码头对不同船型的匹配性,是一种适用于工厂化生产的大型港口工程预制场构件出运船舶坐底基础结构形式,对于国内外其他港口工程沉箱等大型构件预制场建设具有广阔的应用前景。As a necessary temporary facility of port engineering,the prefabrication yard is designed with a single ship type for the supporting components of the shipping wharf bottom resting foundation.After the transformation from the prefabrication yard to the factory,the selection range of ships corresponding to the shipping wharf is small,and the shipping capacity of the components is limited.Taking the shipment of 3500 t caissons and 5000 t caissons as examples,the bottom resting foundation design of the shipping wharf was carried out based on two ship types:berthing semi-submersible barge 9 and semi-submersible barge 11.An adjustable bottom resting foundation was designed based on the concept of assembly.A comprehensive evaluation was constructed from the aspects of foundation design,construction,and other aspects combined with on-site application.It is found that the multipurpose semi-submersible barge bottom resting foundation meets the matching requirements of the same shipping wharf for different ship types,and is a type of bottom resting foundation structure suitable for large-scale port engineering prefabrication yard components for factory production.It has broad application prospects for the construction of large component prefabrication yards such as caissons in other port engineering at home and abroad.
