摘  要:为顺应国家机械化换人、自动化少人、智能化无人的科技发展潮流,具有变水深、高精度等施工特点的港口工程项目水下抛石基床能够得到更为充分的致密效果,采用高频液压振动锤对水下抛石基床进行振动致密的新工艺已成为抛石基床密实工艺发展的趋势,该工艺具有施工效率高,安全可靠、质量易于控制、噪音小等特点。大型沉箱基础振动夯实施工技术在钦州港大榄坪项目中成功应用,可供类似工程施工借鉴参考。In order to conform to the technological development trend of national mechanization substitution,automation less manpower,intelligent unmanned technology,the underwater riprap foundation bed of port engineering projects with construction characteristics such as variable water depth and high precision can achieve a fuller densification effect.The new process of vibration densification of underwater riprap foundation bed by using high-frequency hydraulic vibration hammer has become the trend of the development trend of riprap foundation bed densification.This process has the characteristics of high construction efficiency,safety and reliability,easy quality control,and low noise.The vibration tamping construction technology of large caisson foundation has been successfully applied in the Dalanping Project of Qinzhou Port,which can be used as a reference for similar engineering construction.
