摘  要:为进一步推进BIM技术在沉箱重力式码头项目中的研究与应用,文章以钦州港大榄坪港区大榄坪南作业区9号、10号泊位工程为例,将BIM技术应用到传统水工码头施工管理中,在施工过程中引入BIM技术,建立三维信息模型,在此基础上对项目开展BIM技术综合应用,实现BIM技术与现场施工的有效结合;凭借BIM技术可视化、信息化的优势,实现工程量统计、施工进度模拟、设计优化、项目成果展示等工作,实现BIM技术赋能传统水工项目,提高管理水平,增强履约能力,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益,为类似项目提供了参考,具有一定的推广和借鉴意义。In order to further promote the research and application of BIM technology in caisson gravity wharf project,this paper takes the No.9 and No.10 berths project of Dalanping South Operation Area,Dalanping Port Area,Qinzhou Port as an example,applies BIM technology to the construction management of traditional hydraulic wharf,introduces BIM technology in the construction process,and establishes a three-dimensional information model.On this basis,the comprehensive application of BIM technology was carried out for the project,and the effective combination of BIM technology and site construction was realized.With the advantages of visualization and informationization of BIM technology,engineering quantity statistics,construction progress simulation,design optimization,project results display and other work can be realized.BIM technology can empower traditional hydraulic projects,improve management level,enhance performance ability,and obtain good economic and social benefits,which provides a reference for similar projects and has certain promotion and reference significance.
