摘 要:茂名港吉达港区东二港池1号、2号液体散货泊位工程为独立墩式圆沉箱重力式码头,文中重点研究圆沉箱安装精度控制。在外海无掩护条件、长周期波的影响下,相比于传统沉箱安装,通过从船机设备、吊点吊索具选择、吊装方式等方面进行发掘优化,并采取有效的控制措施,大幅度提升了沉箱安装精准度和效率,减少项目成本和海上吊装安全风险,为今后类似的LPG码头独立墩沉箱安装提供了宝贵经验和借鉴作用。The liquid bulk cargo berths No.1 and No.2 of East Second Port Pool in Jida Port Area of Maoming Port are independent pier type cylinder caisson gravity wharf.This paper focuses on the precision control of round caisson installation.Under the influence of uncovered conditions and long period waves in the open sea,compared with traditional caisson installation,this project excavates and optimizes from the aspects of ship machinery equipment,selection of lifting point sling,hoisting mode,and takes effective control measures,which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of caisson installation,reduces project cost and safety risks of offshore lifting,and provides valuable experience and reference for the installation of independent pier caissons in similar LPG wharves in the future.
