摘　　要：高性能环氧涂层钢筋具有高耐腐蚀性的优点,但同时其较高的采购成本和精细的施工要求给工程增添了较大难度。厦门第二东通道工程墩台预制工程为满足超长设计年限,大量使用高性能环氧涂层钢筋,为缓解项目成本压力,降低施工难度,累积施工经验,通过依托项目建厂,研究高性能环氧钢筋涂层喷涂生产流程,优化环氧钢筋涂层喷涂和涂层冷却工艺,提出施工成品保护方案等措施,取得了较好的经济效益,实现了高性能环氧钢筋涂层喷涂技术突破、提升了环氧钢筋施工质量。High performance epoxy coating steel bar has the advantage of high corrosion resistance,but at the same time,its high procurement cost and fine construction requirements add difficulty to the project.In order to meet the ultra-long design period,the pier prefabrication project of the Xiamen Second East Passage project uses a large number of high performance epoxy coating steel bars.In order to alleviate project cost pressure,reduce construction difficulty,and explore cumulative construction experience.By relying on the project to build a factory,we studied the production process of high performance epoxy steel coating spraying,optimized the epoxy steel bar coating spraying and coating cooling process,and put forward construction product protection scheme,which has achieved good economic benefits,achieved high performance epoxy steel coating spraying technology breakthrough,and improved the quality of epoxy steel construction.
