摘 要:为提高混凝土跨海桥梁耐久性,降低桥梁在设计使用年限内的维护费用,翔安大桥跨海桥梁段在配制高耐久性海工高性能混凝土以及设置合理保护层厚度的基础上,针对不同混凝土结构所处的腐蚀环境,采取环氧胶泥与聚脲防腐防水涂料结合、硅烷浸渍与景观涂料复合涂层作为保障混凝土结构耐久性的辅助措施。能够有效防止海洋腐蚀环境中的有害物质与混凝土结构直接接触,提高结构本身的耐久性,大幅度降低跨海桥梁运营期的维护成本。在众多混凝土防腐蚀措施中,外加防腐涂层是一种经济而有效的辅助措施。In order to improve the durability of the concrete cross-sea bridge and reduce the maintenance costs of the bridge during the design and use period,the Xiang'an Bridge cross-sea bridge section adopts a combination of epoxy cement and polyurea anticorrosive waterproof coating,silane impregnation and landscape painting composite coating as auxiliary measures to ensure the durability of concrete structure in different corrosive environments based on the corrosion environment of high-durable sea industry high-performance concrete and setting a reasonable protective layer thickness.It can effectively prevent the harmful substances in the ocean corrosion environment and contact the concrete structure directly,improve the durability of the structure itself,and greatly reduce the maintenance cost of the operation period of cross-sea bridge.Among the numerous concrete anti-corrosion measures,adding anticorrosive coating is an economical and effective auxiliary measures.
