摘 要:沉箱预制是码头建设中十分重要的分项工程,为实现高质量发展要求,坚定不移实现创新驱动发展,以茂名港吉达港区东二港池1号、2号液体散货泊位工程预制圆沉箱为例,在传统施工工艺基础上,创新与优化了沉箱墙段钢筋整体绑扎与吊装工艺,以装配化、标准化、程序化实现本质安全,减少了起重设备水平与垂直吊装次数,消除了高空穿筋作业安全风险,在技术创新、质量安全管控、精细化施工、降本增效等方面提升显著,为今后类似大型圆沉箱预制施工提供经验借鉴。Caisson prefabrication is a very important sub project in port construction.In order to achieve high-quality development requirements and unswervingly achieve innovation driven development,this paper takes the prefabrication of cylinder caissons in the No.1 and No.2 liquid bulk cargo berths of Jida Port Area in Maoming Port as an example.Based on traditional construction techniques,it innovates and optimizes the integral binding and lifting process of steel bars in the caisson wall section,achieving intrinsic safety through assembly,standardization,and programming.The number of horizontal and vertical lifting of lifting equipment has been reduced,and the safety risks of high-altitude reinforcement work have been eliminated.Significant improvements have been made in technical innovation,quality and safety control,refined construction,cost reduction and efficiency improvement,providing experience and reference for similar large-scale cylinder caisson prefabrication construction in the future.
