摘 要:随着聚羧酸减水剂应用领域的不断扩大和研究领域的不断深入,在使用过程发现聚羧酸减水剂对使用环境和原材料表现出了较高的敏感性,但目前对于聚羧酸减水剂敏感性规律研究较少。为了更好地指导聚羧酸减水剂在施工中的应用,文章分析了温度、搅拌时间、减水剂掺量、单方用水量、水泥、粉煤灰、矿渣粉、集料含泥量、机制砂石粉含量对聚羧酸减水剂敏感性能的影响,通过进行水泥净浆、砂浆流动度和混凝土坍落度等试验,探讨了聚羧酸减水剂对上述因素敏感性的影响规律。研究结果表明:聚羧酸减水剂对含泥量敏感性最高,对不同品种水泥、掺合料掺量和石粉含量均具有较高的敏感性;在30~150 s范围内,对搅拌时间敏感性程度最低;聚羧酸减水剂对掺量和单方用水量敏感性均高于奈系减水剂。With the continuous expansion of the application field and deepening of research fields of polycarboxylate water reducing agents,it has been found that polycarboxylate water reducing agents exhibit high sensitivity to the usage environment and raw materials during the use process.However,there is currently little research on the sensitivity law of polycarboxylate water reducing agents.In order to better guide the application of polycarboxylate water reducing agents in construction,this paper analyzes the effects of temperature,mixing time,water reducing agent dosage,water consumption per cubic meter,cement,fly ash,slag powder,aggregate mud content,and machine-made sand and stone powder content on the sensitivity performance of polycarboxylate water reducing agents.Through experiments on cement paste,mortar fluidity,and concrete slump,the influence of polycarboxylate water reducing agents on the sensitivity of the above factors was explored.The research results indicate that polycarboxylate water reducing agents have the highest sensitivity to mud content,and have high sensitivity to different types of cement,admixtures,and stone powder content;Within the range of 30-150 seconds,the sensitivity to stirring time is the lowest;Polycarboxylate water reducing agents have higher sensitivity to dosage and unit water consumption than nano type water reducing agents.
