摘 要:以硅烷为接枝单体,采用固相接枝法得到硅烷接枝聚丙烯,将接枝产物水解熔融得到交联聚丙烯(MPP),研究了接枝单体和引发剂种类对聚丙烯(PP)固相接枝率的影响,选择相同条件下接枝率最大时所用单体3-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(MAPTMS)和引发剂过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯(TBPB)考察后续交联产物性能,进一步研究了MAPTMS和TBPB加入量对MPP熔体流动速率(MFR)、凝胶含量、结晶温度、熔融温度、弹性模量和复数黏度的影响。结果表明:与纯PP相比,MPP的MFR降低,凝胶含量、弹性模量、复数黏度均升高,当MAPTMS与TBPB加入量分别为0.06,4.00 mL时,MPP的MFR降至2.4 g/10 min,凝胶含量高达54%,弹性模量和复数黏度均达到最大;与纯PP相比,MPP显示出更高的结晶温度,更低的结晶温度,产物不发生相分离。Silane grafted polypropylene was produced via solid phase grafting with silane as grafting monomer,then it was hydrolyzed and melted to prepare cross-linked polypropylene(MPP).The effect of grafting monomer and initiators on grafting ratio of polypropylene(PP)were investigated.The grafting ratio was the highest when 3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(MAPTMS)and tert-butyl peroxybenzoate(TBPB)were used as grafting monomer and initiator.The effects of amounts of MAPTMAS and TBPB on the melt flow rate(MFR),gel content,crystallization temperature,melting temperature,elastic modulus and complex viscosity of MPP were observed.The results show that the MFR of MPP is lower than that of PP,while its gel content,elastic modulus and complex viscosity are increased.The MFR of MPP is decreased to 2.4 g/10 min,its gel content is up to 54%,its elastic modulus and complex viscosity reach the highest when MAPTMS and TBPB was added to 0.06 mL and 4.00 mL,respectively.MPP shows higher crystallization temperature and lower melting temperature compared to pure PP,no phase separation observed in the crosslinked product.
