六氟锑酸钠粉体的制备及其晶粒定向生长研究

摘  要:以锑酸钠,NaF,H_(2)O_(2),HF为原料制备NaSbF_(6)粉体,采用模板晶粒生长技术将NaSbF_(6)粉体烧结而得的晶粒作为模板进行晶粒定向生长培养,并对粉体转化为晶粒的程度、晶粒的形貌特征和粒径进行了研究。结果表明:适量使用黏结剂有助于小晶粒的长大,且晶粒粒径均一,平均晶间距为0.572 nm,晶粒定向生长的实验结果比较满意;粉体烧结为晶体的适宜温度为400℃;晶粒的定向生长有助于NaSbF_(6)光催化降解亚甲基蓝溶液效果的提升。Sodium antimonate,NaF,H_(2)O_(2) and HF acid were used as raw materials to prepare sodium hexafluoroantimonate(NaSbF_(6))powder,then the grain was obtained through firing the powders by template grain growth technology.The NaSbF_(6) grain was used as template for cultivated oriented growth.The degree of transformation of powder to grain,grain morphology and particle size were discussed.The results show that the proper amount of binder is helpful to the growth of small grains,and the grain size is uniform.The average grain spacing is 0.572 nm.The experimental results of grain directional growth are satisfactory.The optimal crystallization temperature of the powder sintered is 400℃,and the grain oriented growth is helpful to improve the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution by sodium hexafluoroantimonate.
