摘  要:分析了反应温度、压力和引发剂种类对乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)生产的影响,确定了EVA开车条件,生产了可用于注塑、预涂膜、热熔胶等的EVA产品,并从分子链结构、聚集态结构、基础性能等方面对不同产品的性能进行分析和比较。结果表明:乙酸乙烯酯(VA)含量接近的情况下,EVA的熔体流动速率(MFR)增加,剪切黏度降低;MFR相似的情况下,VA含量增加,EVA的剪切黏度增加。高压釜式法EVA的重均分子量、数均分子量较高,具有更好的加工性能,确立了釜式法生产EVA的优势和方向。The effects of reaction temperature,pressure,and initiators required on ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA)production were analyzed.The start-up conditions of EVA unit were determined.It produced EVA products that can be used for injection molding,pre coating,and hot-melt adhesive.The properties of different products were analyzed and compared in terms of molecular chain structure,aggregation structure,and basic propertes.The results show that when the vinyl acetate(VA)contents are close,the melt flow ratio of the products is increased while their shear viscosity is decreased.When the melt flow ratio of EVA is similar,the VA content and the shear viscosity of products increase.The higher weight average molecular weight and number average molecular weight of EVA produced by autoclave method contribute to better processing performance,which establishes the advantages and direction of EVA autoclave method.
