摘  要:基于光学理论和蒙特卡罗算法,通过计算机仿真技术研究了多种折射率介质体对转光膜的调控,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明:光通量与折射率呈正相关关系,掺杂Nb_(2)O_(5)介质体后,转光膜的光通量较未掺杂时提高7.8%;色温与折射率呈负相关关系,未掺杂介质体时转光膜的色温为7 207 K,掺杂SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),ZrO_(2),Nb_(2)O_(5)时的色温依次为6 658,6 391,6 261,6 149 K。结合不同介质体对应色坐标点与标准白点的位置及光子空间分布,可以得到最优转光膜对应的是折射率为2.30的Nb_(2)O_(5),此时光通量为116.80 lm,色温为6 149 K,色坐标为(0.319 5,0.330 9)。The regulation for light-converting film by various refractive index dielectric bodies were studied through computer simulation and its mechanism was analyzed based on optical theory and Monte Carlo algorithm.The results show that the luminous flux is positively correlated with the refractive index.The luminous flux is improved by 7.8%after adding the dielectric body,Nb_(2)O_(5).The color temperature is negatively correlated with the refractive index.The color temperature is 7207 K When the film is not doped.When doped with SiO_(2),Al_(2)O_(3),ZrO_(2),and Nb_(2)O_(5),its corresponding color temperature is 6658,6391,6261,6149 K,respectively.According to the positions of the corresponding color coordinate points and standard white points of different dielectric body and the spatial distribution of photons,it can be obtained that the optimal light-converting film is doped with Nb_(2)O_(5) with a refractive index of 2.30.The luminous flux is 116.80 lm,the color temperature is 6149 K,and the color coordinates are(0.3195,0.3309).
