摘  要:动车组车顶高压电器箱内集成了多种电气设备,各设备之间布局较为紧凑,可能造成电器箱内某些部件的表面电场严重畸变,进而导致击穿事故的发生。本文以国内某公司生产的高压电器箱为研究对象,利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立了高压电器箱三维电-热耦合模型,研究正常工况下考虑热场影响时电器箱内的电场分布规律。结果表明,考虑热场影响时,箱内场强最大值为32.64 kV/cm,最高温度为98.73℃,更符合实际运行情况。对于高压电器箱内电场畸变严重的设备进行绝缘优化,优化后电器箱内各设备场强均小于设定的起晕阈值。本文可为动车组车顶高压电器箱的工程设计提供参考。A variety of electrical equipment is integrated into the high-voltage apparatus box on the roof of an electric multiple unit(EMU),and the layout of each piece of equipment is relatively compact,which may cause the surface electric field of some components in the apparatus box to be seriously distorted,resulting in the occurrence of a break⁃down failure.In this paper,the high-voltage apparatus box produced by one domestic company was taken as the re⁃search object,the COMSOL Multiphysics software was used to establish a three-dimensional electrical-thermal coupling model of the box,and the electric field distribution in the apparatus box under normal working conditions was studied considering the influence of thermal field.Results show that when the influence of thermal field was considered,the maximum electric field strength in the box was 32.64 kV/cm and the maximum temperature was 98.73℃,which was close to the real situation.Insulation optimization was carried out for the equipment with serious electric field distortion in the high-voltage apparatus box.After optimization,the electric field of each equipment in the apparatus box was less than the preset corona threshold.The research in this paper provides a reference for the engineering design of high-volt⁃age apparatus boxes on the roof of EMU.
