数字经济、环境规制与绿色全要素生产率——基于中国省级面板数据

摘  要:基于中国30个省份的面板数据,运用中介模型与门槛模型,实证分析数字经济发展水平与各省域绿色全要素生产率之间存在的潜在关系,研究结果显示:数字经济的发展能够显著助力省域绿色全要素生产率的提升。进行进一步机制分析,结果表明,环境规制是数字经济促进省域绿色全要素生产率持续提升的重要渠道;且数字经济的正向促进作用在省域间存在明显的异质作用,东中部地区数字经济发展对绿色全要素生产率的促进作用明显强于西部地区;通过门槛效应模型结果可知,数字经济以及环境规制均对绿色全要素生产率具有非线性特征,当跨越门槛值后促进效应会呈现递增的规律。Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2019,this paper empirically analyzes the potential relationship between the development level of digital economy and the green total factor productivity of each province by using mediation model and threshold model.The results demonstrate that the development of digital economy can significantly accelerate the promotion of green total factor productivity in the province.The results of further mechanism analysis showed that environmental regulation is an important channel for digital economy to promote the sustainable improvement of green total factor productivity in the province.And the positive promotion of digital economy has obvious heterogeneous effect among provinces,the promotion effect of digital economy development on green total factor productivity in eastern and central regions is obviously stronger than that in western regions.According to the results of the threshold effect model,the promotion of digital economy on green total factor productivity has nonlinear characteristics,and the promoting effect will show an increasing rule when crossing the threshold value.
