摘　　要：目的 探讨不同方法行耳垂缺损修复再造尤其是超长耳轮滑行皮瓣法在临床中的应用。方法 选择2020年10月-2023年8月我院收入的6例耳垂缺损患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用超长耳轮滑行皮瓣法修复再造。结果 6例患者均一期完成例患者均一期完成手术,术后5-7天拆线,随访6-12月,再造耳垂形态流畅,外观良好,效果满意。结论 超长耳轮滑行皮瓣法修复耳垂缺损,血运可靠、效果满意、操作简单,是一种安全、理想的耳垂再造方法。Objective To explore the application of difffferent methods of repair and reconstruction of earlobe defect,especially the ultra-long helix sliding skin flflap in clinical practice.Methods From October 2020 to August 2023,6 patients with earlobe defects were selected as the research subjects.All patients were repaired and reconstructed by ultra-long helix sliding skin flflap.Results 6 patients completed the operation in one phase,removed the thread 5-7 days after the operation,followed up 6-12months,and the reconstruction of the earlobe was smooth,the appearance was good,and the effffect was satisfactory.Conclusion It is a safe and ideal method for earlobe reconstruction to repair earlobe defect by using the ultra-long helix sliding flflap,which has reliable blood flflow,satisfactory effffect and simple operation.
