自体浓缩生长因子联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗男性雄激素性脱发的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 评估自体浓缩生长因子(CGF)联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗男性雄激素性脱发(AGA)的临床疗效。方法 选择我院皮肤科脱发门诊男性AGA患者为研究对象,根据中国人雄激素性脱发诊疗指南,按BASP分型法,纳入轻、中度AGA男性患者90例,随机分为3组,各组均30人。自体浓缩生长因子联合外用5%米诺地尔酊组(A组)、单独自体浓缩生长因子组(B组)、单独外用5%米诺地尔酊组(C组),三组患者均常规予以口服非那雄胺片1mg/日,共治疗24周后观察对比三组患者临床疗效。结果 治疗24周后,毛发平均密度、毛发平均直径比较:治疗后三组差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01),在治疗后比治疗前都有改善,其中A组增长优于C组,有统计学意义(P <0.05),B组增长优于C组,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。客观疗效评分比较:A组、B组、C组明显改善率分别为:90.00%、83.33%、73.33%,三组患者较治疗前均有改善,两组间对比,A组大于C组,B组大于C组,两组间对比差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。患者满意度评分比较:A组分> B组分> C组分。两组间对比,A组与C组(P <0.05),B组与C组(P <0.05),差异均有统计学意义。治疗期间三组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论 CGF联合5%米诺地尔酊治疗男性AGA比单独应用CGF及单独外用米诺地尔治疗效果更佳,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of autologous concentrated growth factor(CGF)combined with 5%minoxidil tincture in the treatment of male androgenetic alopecia(AGA).Methods Ninety male patients with mild to moderate AGA were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of androgenetic alopecia in Chinese and BASP classification.Autologous concentrated growth factor combined with topical 5%minoxidil tincture group(group A),autologous concentrated growth factor alone group(group B)and topical 5%minoxidil tincture alone group(group C).All patients in fiffithe three groups were routinely given oral finasteride tablets 1 mg/day.After a total of 24 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was observed and compared.Results After 24 weeks of treatment,the average hair density and average hair diameter were fiffsignificantly different among the three groups after treatment(P<0.01),and were improved after treatment compared with those before fitreatment,of which the increase in group A was better than that in group C,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and the increase in figroup B was better than that in group C,with statistical significance(P ffifi<0.05).Comparison of objective efficacy scores:The significant improvement rates in group A,group B and group C were 90.00%,83.33%and 73.33%,respectively.The three groups of patients were improved compared with those before treatment.The comparison between the two groups showed that group A was greater than group fffiC and group B was greater than group C.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of patient satisfaction scores:component A>component B>component C.Compared between the two groups,group A and group C(P<0.05),group B and group C(P fffifi<0.05),the differences were statistically significant.No significant adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during the treatment.Conclusion ffCGF combined with 5%minoxidil tincture is more effective an
