摘　　要：目的 评估火针联合痤疮合剂治疗青春期前痤疮的临床疗效。方法 收集2021年03月至2023年3月攀枝花学院附属医院皮肤科就诊的辩证属肺经风热证的痤疮患者共100例,随机分为两组。对照组采用基础治疗七味姜黄擦剂,治疗组用火针疗法联合痤疮合剂。结果 治疗8周后,治疗组有效率为94%大于对照组的70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的痤疮综合分级系统评分(GAGS)、VISIA红色区域及紫质评分改善均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 火针联合痤疮合剂治疗青春期前痤疮效果显著,各项观察指标评分改善程度均优于对照组,是治疗青春期前痤疮安全有效的治疗方案,值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effifficacy of fifire needle combined with acne lotion in the treatment of pre-adolescent acne.Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with lung heat syndrome of acne who visited the Dermatology Department of Panzhihua College Affiffiliated Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were collected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received basic treatment with Qixing Jianghuang ointment,while the treatment group received fire needle therapy combined with acne lotion.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the effffective rate in the treatment group was 94%,which is higher than the control group's 70%,and the difffference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The improvement for Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)and Red area、Poryphyrins score of VISIA in the treatment group were superior to the control group,and the difffference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of fifire needles with acne ointment shows signifificant effifficacy in treating pre-adolescent acne.The improvement in various observed indicators'scores is superior to the control group.It is a safe and effffective treatment plan for pre-adolescent acne and deserves promotion and application.
