摘　　要：总结一例先天性聋哑带状疱疹后遗神经痛合并大面积皮肤溃疡患者的护理经验。主要护理要点包括创面护理、心理护理、疼痛护理、营养支持、皮肤护理及出院指导。经20d的治疗护理,患者皮肤溃疡创面完全愈合,疼痛明显缓解。出院后随访6个月,患者原溃疡处皮肤未再次破溃、疼痛未反复加重。To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with congenital deaf-mute postherpetic neuralgia complicated with massive skin ulcer.The main nursing points include wound care,psychological care,pain care,nutritional support,skin care and discharge guidance.After 20 days of treatment and nursing,the skin ulcer wound of the patient was completely healed and the pain was signifificantly relieved.After 6 months of follow-up after discharge,the skin of the patient's original ulcer did not break again and the pain did not worsen repeatedly.
