摘 要:针对某文献提出的新型轴端无间隙汽封,利用有限元软件对新型轴端无间隙汽封进行建模,对该汽封的部分组件在某600MW机组低压缸轴端运行的温度场、应力场及变形情况进行仿真分析,分析结果显示:新型轴端无间隙汽封组件在运行过程中的温度分布均匀,不超过该汽封组件自身材质的蠕变温度,应力水平也不超过该汽封组件自身材质的屈服极限,同时该汽封组件中的波纹管与弹簧的径向变形量远小于汽封组件与转轴之间预留的径向间隙,表明该汽封应用在汽轮机低压缸轴端设计结构是合理的。In view of the new type of shaft end gapless steam seal proposed in a literature,the finite element software is used to model the new shaft-end gapless steam seal,and the temperature field,stress field and deformation of some components of the steam and analyzed at the shaft end of a low-pressure cylinder of a 600MW unit,and the analysis results show that the temperature distribution of the new shaft-end gapless vapor seal component during operation does not exceed the creep temperature of the material of the steam seal component itself,and the stress level does not exceed the yield limit of the material of the steam seal component itself.At the same time,the radial deformation of the bellows and spring in the steam seal assembly is much smaller than the radial clearance reserved between the steam seal assembly and the rotating shaft,It shows that in the design structure of the shaft end of the low-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine,the design structure of the steam seal is reasonable.
