摘  要:贵州某2×660MW超临界机组1号汽轮机投产至今,总体运行良好,但在2017年性能试验考核中,其高、中、低压缸效率分别低于设计值1.24%、1.45%、1.59%;轴封漏汽量高于设计值1.94%;THA工况下,热耗比设计值高69.4 kJ/(kW·h)。针对上述问题,分析了影响1号汽轮机热耗偏差的原因,为了提高机组的经济性,对1号汽轮机进行了结构优化及精益化检修。通过修前、修后3调节阀(VWO)全开、75%THA、50%THA、360MW负荷工况试验,结果表明:1号汽轮机在修后各负荷工况下效率、轴封漏汽量及热耗均得以改善,其中,在3调节阀全开(VWO)工况下,高、中、低压缸效率较修前分别提高0.92%、0.20%、1.64%;轴封漏气量较修前降低0.943%;三缸热耗下降48.77kJ/(kW·h)。The No.1 turbine of a 2×660MW supercritical unit in Guizhou has been put into operation since then,and the overall operation is good,but in the performance test assessment in 2017,its high,medium and low pressure cylinder efficiencies were lower than the design values of 1.24%,1.45%and 1.59%,respectively;the shaft seal vapor leakage was higher than the design value of 1.94%;and the heat consumption was 69.4kJ/(kW·h)higher than the design value under THA operating conditions.In view of the above problems,the reasons affecting the deviation of heat consumption of turbine No.1 are analyzed in the paper.In order to improve the economy of the unit,structural optimization and lean overhaul of No.1 turbine were carried out.Through the tests of 3 regulating valves fully open(VWO),75%THA,50%THA and 360MW load conditions before and after the repair,the results showed that the efficiency,shaft seal leakage and heat consumption of No.1 turbine were improved under all load conditions after the repair,among which,under 3 VWO conditions,the efficiency of high,middle and low pressure cylinders under the 3 VWO condition,the efficiency of high,medium and low pressure cylinders is 0.92%,0.20%and 1.64%higher than before the repair;the shaft seal leakage is 0.943%lower than before the repair;and three-cylinder heat consumption decreased by 48.77kJ/(kW·h).
