摘　　要：20世纪50年代以来,抗精神病药不断发展,其剂型也在不断改良。本文综述了目前临床常用的抗精神病药的不同剂型,包括口服剂型(普通片剂、胶囊剂、口服液、口崩片、口溶膜剂、舌下片、口服缓控释制剂)、注射剂型(普通针剂、长效针剂),以及一些新剂型(经鼻吸入剂、数字化药物、透皮贴剂),通过介绍不同药物剂型的作用特点、剂型优势和适用范围等,为临床治疗中药物剂型的选择提供参考。Since the 1950s,antipsychotics have been developed and their dosage forms have been improved.This article provides a comprehensive overview of the different dosage forms of antipsychotics commonly used in clinical practice,includ⁃ing oral dosage forms(ordinary tablets,capsules,oral solutions,orally disintegrating tablets,oral dissolving films,sublingual tablets and their sustained/controlled-release dosage froms),injectable dosage forms(regular injections,long-acting injec⁃tions),as well as some new dosage froms(intranasal inhalers,digitized medications,transdermal patches).The review provids a reference for the selection of dosage forms in clinical treatment by comparing their characteristics,advantages,and clinical application.
