摘　　要：电商科技特派员是服务乡村振兴的经济形态和新动力引擎,通过融合互联网与乡村,推动数字经济建设,创新乡村发展动力。电商赋能乡村振兴主要是作为一种商业模式的创新,通过团队在漳州平和的科技服务实践经历,总结电商科技特派员在传承繁荣乡风村俗、助推产业升级、推动人才培养的服务成效,提出挖掘电商科技特派员资源禀赋激发电商专业科技创造力和服务力、完善队伍建设加强支撑体系、拓宽电商产业服务链提升产业效能等方面的建设思路。E-commerce technology commissioners have emerged as an economic form and a new driving force for rural revitalization.By integrating the internet with rural areas,we can foster the development of the digital economy and drive innovation in rural communities.The application of e-commerce in rural revitalization primarily involves business model innovation.Drawing on the experience of e-commerce technology commissioners in Pinghe,Zhangzhou,this study examines their effect on preserving rural customs,promoting industrial upgrading,and enhancing personnel training.It proposes constructive ideas on how to leverage the resource endowment of e-commerce technology commissioners to stimulate professional technological creativity and service capabilities,enhance team building,strengthen support systems,expand the e-commerce industry service chain,and improve industrial efficiency.
