摘  要:壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化后的功能性高分子,因其具有良好的成膜性、抗菌性、生物相容性、安全无毒性等,而被广泛应用到化工、农业和医药等领域,在卷烟工业中也有广泛的应用。本文综述了近年来壳聚糖及其衍生物在烟叶种植、卷烟加工、辅材制备、减害降焦及保润增香等方向的应用,并就其在烟草中的应用机理进行探讨,以期在未来的工作中,采用不同功能性基团壳聚糖进行选择性修饰优化,适应烟草工业发展的需求。Chitosan,a functional polymer derived from the deacetylation of chitin,has gained significant attention due to its excellent film-forming properties,antibacterial effects,biocompatibility,safety,and non-toxicity.As a result,it has found widespread applications in various fields,including the chemical industry,agriculture,medicine,and even the cigarette industry.This paper provides an overview of the recent applications of chitosan and its derivatives in tobacco,focusing on five key areas:tobacco leaf cultivation and production,tobacco additives,reduction of tar and harmful components in cigarette smoke,cigarette moisture retention,and enhancement of aroma.Additionally,the mechanisms underlying the application of chitosan in tobacco are discussed.Future research is expected to explore the selective introduction of different functional groups to chitosan,catering to the evolving needs of the tobacco industry.
