摘　　要：目的以新工科、新医科国家教育改革和军队改革新形势下的军医学校地方生培养新特点、新需求为背景,探究适合新形势下军校生物医学工程专业地方生的培养新模式。方法在全面分析军队医学院校生物医学工程(biomedical engineering,BME)专业地方生教学面临关键新形势和存在问题的基础上,提出强化传统“理论+实践”、创新“多元延伸”的教学培养新模式。结果实际教学调查反馈和教研成果分析表明,教学新模式可显著提升学生的实践创新能力和自主学习意识,学生对行业发展和个人职业发展的认知及规划明显增强,部队人才保留效果明显。结论新模式适用于新形势下军医学院校BME专业的地方生教学培养和职业发展需求,且该模式对同行具有重要的借鉴意义。Objective To explore an improved teaching model for civil undergraduate majored in biomedical engineering(BME)in Military Medical University(MMU)under a new background,which takes two new characteristics into consideration,including the new situation of new-engineering-and-new-medicine-based national education reform and military reform,and the new characteristics and new needs for talent cultivating.Methods Based on the comprehensive analysis of the new situation and problems exposed to civil undergraduate in teaching,we proposed a new teaching model by strengthening the traditional“theory&practice”teaching model and innovating“diversified extension”.Results The actual after-class survey and teaching-research achievements analysis showed that,leveraging the new teaching mode,students’practical innovation ability and self-learning consciousness were significantly improved.Also,their understanding of industry development and personal career development planning were dramatically enhanced.Specifically,this new teaching model could effectively facilitate retaining talents for the army.Conclusions The new teaching model proposed is suitable for the MMU BME civil undergraduate under the new situation,which can effectively promote the cultivation and career development of civil undergraduate and thus is great reference for other universities.
