摘　　要：医院EPC项目具有综合性强、技术含量高、投资额大、服务要求高等特点,对业主方风险管理提出了更高的要求。构建医院EPC建设项目业主方风险评价指标体系,用BP神经网络进行风险预测,采用熵权法确定各风险因素权重,对风险指标进行综合评估。结合滨州医学院烟台附属医院肿瘤中心项目进行实证分析,验证本文构建的风险评价体系的有效性,从而为医院EPC项目业主方更科学、更有效地进行风险管理提供参考依据。Hospital EPC projects have the characteristics of strong comprehensiveness,high technological content,large investment,and high service requirements,which place higher demands on risk management for the project owner.This article constructs a risk evaluation index system for hospital EPC construction projects from the perspective of the owner and uses a BP neural network for risk prediction.The entropy weighting method is adopted to determine the weight of each risk factor,and comprehensive evaluation of risk indicators is carried out.Combined with the Tumor Center Project of Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University for empirical analysis,the effectiveness of the risk assessment system constructed in this article is verified,providing reference for hospital EPC project owners to conduct risk management more scientifically and effectively.
