水利水电工程建设项目BIM技术应用取费研究

摘　　要：对国内各省市已发布的BIM取费文件进行系统梳理与总结,详细分析BIM取费的应用范围、取费方式、取费费率和相关调整系数,研究提出水利水电工程建设项目BIM取费的三种模式,包括以设计费为基础的取费方式,以工程项目建安费为基础的取费方式和按人工日定额的取费方式。对每种取费方式进行计费依据、适用范围、计算公式、应用特征、适应性的分析与对比,具有一定的参考与应用价值。This article provides a systematic review and summary of the BIM billing files that have been released by various provinces and cities in China.It analyzes the application scope,billing methods,billing rates,and related adjustment coefficients of BIM billing in detail.Three BIM billing models for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction projects are proposed,including the billing method based on design fees,the billing method based on construction and installation fees,and the billing method based on daily labor quotas.Each billing method is analyzed and compared in terms of billing basis,scope of application,calculation formula,application features,and adaptability,providing valuable reference for application.
