摘  要:基于蓝墨云班课平台,对某高职院校大学生开展问卷调查,研究大学生网络购物情况及满意度,研究表明:(1)大学生都参与过网络购物,喜欢在淘宝进行购物,乐于使用微信支付,网络消费程度适中。(2)大学生网络购物主要是为了满足个人的生活需求,在选购时更加注重性价比,乐于回购与分享,能认清网络购物存在的风险。(3)本次抽样大学生对网络购物的总体满意度一般,不同的方面满意度程度存在差异。并针对满意度情况,从大学生自身、商家和平台三个方面提出建议。Based on the Blue Ink Cloud class platform,a questionnaire survey was conducted on college students in a vocational college to study their Online shopping situation and satisfaction.The research shows that:(1)college students have participated in Online shopping,like shopping on Taobao,are willing to use WeChat Pay,and have moderate online consumption.(2)College students'Online shopping is mainly to meet their personal life needs.They pay more attention to cost performance when shopping,are willing to buy back and share,and can recognize the risks of Online shopping.(3)The overall satisfaction of the sampled college students with Online shopping is general,and there are differences in different aspects of satisfaction.And based on the satisfaction situation,suggestions are proposed from three aspects:college students themselves,businesses,and platforms.
